Founded in 2003 as the Windham Region No Freeze Project, this dedicated organization has evolved from a cold-weather shelter into a comprehensive housing services provider. We worked in partnership with Thread Communications to re-name and re-brand Project HOPE to reflect its expanded reach and year-round mission.
